Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain home functions including but not limited to nursing duties
- Administer medications
- Coordinate with Group Home and ALF Lead Staff and Direct Care Workers regarding residents’ Health & Safety records, quarterly and/or PRN medication
- Provide nursing care and adhere to care plans
- Monitor the physical and mental wellbeing of residents
- Help create a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Serve as liaison with doctors, pharmacies, families, caregivers, WSC’s group homes, and outside organizations

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Florida
- Completion of accredited LPN training program
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Collaborative work ethic, coupled with the ability to take direction from others
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, yet compassionate, bedside manner
- Flexibility and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating to others as needed
