Stephen Olowoniyi, a former forward from Southern Indiana, has committed to the Beavers, bringing fresh talent to the team. Known for his versatility and height, this Australian-born sophomore made significant contributions to the Screaming Eagles last season. In his role as a starter in nearly all games, Olowoniyi showcased impressive skills on both ends of the court.

Standing at an imposing 6-foot-8 and weighing 200 pounds, Olowoniyi demonstrated remarkable consistency with averages of 13.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game during his time at Southern Indiana. His standout performance came against Tennessee Tech when he scored a career-high 26 points. Before transferring, Olowoniyi spent a year at Virginia Military Institute, where he contributed significantly as a freshman.
