After securing the Mid-American Conference (MAC) regular season championship last year, the Bowling Green State University (BGSU) baseball team and head coach Kyle Hallock have announced their highly anticipated 2025 schedule. A Challenging Non-Conference Slate
The 2025 BGSU baseball schedule features a robust 55-game slate, with 25 non-conference matchups against 14 different opponents. Coach Hallock expressed his enthusiasm for the schedule, stating, "We are excited to put together another high-end schedule. Our non-conference opponents are all quality programs that will challenge us in a variety of ways based on their different styles of play." The Falcons will kick off their season with a 14-game road trip, including 11 non-conference contests. Highlights of the early-season schedule include a series against Middle Tennessee (Feb. 14-16), a midweek matchup with the Cincinnati Bearcats (Feb. 18), and a pair of games against USC Upstate and Presbyterian (Feb. 21-23) – both of whom enjoyed successful campaigns in the Big South Conference last season.Marquee Matchups Ahead
As the season progresses, the Falcons will face several high-profile opponents. They will travel to East Lansing to take on the Michigan State Spartans on April 2, followed by a trip to Ann Arbor to battle the Michigan Wolverines on April 22. Additionally, BGSU will host a three-game series against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish from May 9-11, with the final game taking place at Stellar Field.Defending the Home Turf
While the Falcons will spend the majority of the early part of the season on the road, they will have the opportunity to showcase their talents in front of their home fans at Stellar Field. The team will host 21 games, including their home opener against Tiffin on March 11.
