Setting the Scene
The Vikings are in a strong position entering this game. With a 28-game home win streak dating back to February 2, 2023, they are one of the most dominant teams at home. But on the road, they have faced challenges and are looking to prove themselves.
Monday's game against Wright State will be the 87th meeting between the two teams, with the series tied at 43-43. Cleveland State holds a five-game win streak against the Raiders, including a pair of wins last year.

In their last game, the Vikings extended their home win streak to 28 games with a 78-59 victory over Bethune-Cookman. Jordana Reisma recorded a career-high 25 points, going 11-for-13 from the floor and adding seven rebounds and four blocked shots.
She now ranks sixth on the CSU Career Record List with 90 total blocks. Mickayla Perdue also had a great game, recording her seventh 20-point game of the season with 22 points.
Back on the Road Again
Monday's game at Wright State is the sixth of 17 road games for the Vikings this season. Through the first six weeks, they have traveled over 3,100 miles for five road games and have a 3-2 record.
This week will be their busiest stretch, playing three games in six days, all on the road. After Wright State, they will travel to Puerto Rico for the Puerto Rico Clasico.
Winning Streak and December Perfect
With Friday's win over Bethune-Cookman, the Vikings remained perfect in December (3-0) and extended their win streak to six games. This is the sixth straight season they have had a win streak of 6+ games.
Jordana Reisma continues to be the team's most efficient offensive player, shooting 71% from the field (58-for-81) and ranking second among Division I players. Mickayla Perdue is leading all Horizon League scorers with an average of 22.0 points per game.
Sara Guerreiro's Rebounding
Sara Guerreiro leads all league players averaging 8.6 rebounds per game. Through 10 games, she has grabbed a team-best 86 rebounds, including two 10+ rebound performances.
The team is averaging a league-best 41.3 boards per game, giving them a 7.6 rebound margin on the year.
High Powered Offense
Through the first six weeks, Cleveland State is one of the highest scoring teams in the Horizon League, averaging 78.9 points per game. They have scored 75+ points six times and shot 50% or better from the field four times.
They are shooting at a.766 clip from the free throw line, with several players shooting 80% or better.
