Austin-based game developer Wolfeye Studios has entered into a partnership with Korean publisher Neowiz to bring an innovative title to the gaming world. This new venture promises a unique experience by merging retro aesthetics with futuristic elements, creating a first-person action RPG that stands out in the crowded market. The project is still unnamed but is set for release on both PC and console platforms. Fans can expect a rich narrative filled with branching storylines that will immerse players in a world where past and future collide.

The developers have released three pieces of concept art to offer glimpses into this upcoming adventure. One illustration depicts a village nestled in a desolate landscape, yet adorned with modern technology that hints at a deeper backstory. Contrastingly, another image showcases an opulent interior space, complete with lavish furnishings and artistic touches, providing a stark contrast to the harsh exterior environment visible through the windows. The third piece introduces a sky carriage, an imaginative blend of imperial probe droid and amusement park ride, symbolizing the game's fusion of old and new.

This collaboration brings together the talents of immersive simulation pioneers Julien Roby and Raf Colantonio, who previously brought renowned titles like Dishonored and Prey to life.
