Unveiling the Miami University Tennis Team's Spring Schedule

January: West Coast Adventure

The Miami University tennis team kicks off the season on January 15 in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, California. They face Loyola Marymount in their first match. After that, they stay put in LA to compete in the Long Beach State Invitational from January 17 to 19. This gives the team a great opportunity to showcase their skills and gain valuable experience on the west coast.Moving on, they travel to Youngstown, Ohio to take on Youngstown University on January 25. This homecoming-like match allows the team to connect with their local fans and play in familiar surroundings. Then, it's off to Cleveland, Ohio to face Cleveland State University.

February: Home Opener and More

In February, the RedHawks have their home opener in Hamilton, Ohio against Marshal University on February 9. This is a momentous occasion as the team gets to play in front of their home crowd. Just a few days later, on February 15, they welcome Cincinnati to Hamilton.After that, it's back on the road as they head to Lincoln, Nebraska to play Nebraska on February 21 and Liberty on February 22. These away games will test the team's resilience and ability to perform in different environments.

March: Southbound and Back

March begins with a trip to Dayton, Ohio for a non-conference match against Dayton on March 2. This gives the team a chance to face a different opponent and gain more experience. Then, they head south to Charleston, South Carolina to take on Charleston Southern on March 7 and College of Charleston on March 8.Returning to Ohio, the RedHawks kick off the 2025 MAC regular season on March 16 against Toledo in Toledo. Conference play continues at home in Oxford, Ohio against Bowling Green on March 21 and Buffalo on March 23. The team then finishes out March playing Bowling Green in Bowling Green on March 28 and Eastern Michigan in Ypsilanti on March 30.

April: MAC Tournament and Home Contests

The final five regular-season MAC matches are highly anticipated. They include a trip to Buffalo, New York to face Buffalo on April 4. Then, it's back home for a series of home contests against Ball State on April 6, Toledo on April 11, Western Michigan on April 13, and Northern Illinois on April 18.April comes to an end with the MAC Tournament, which is set to take place in Toledo, Ohio from April 26 to 27. This is the culmination of the team's hard work and a chance to compete for the championship.
