Michigan State baseball's 2025 schedule has been officially announced, setting the stage for an exciting season. Head coach Jake Boss Jr. and the Spartans are gearing up to play 24 non-conference games and 30 Big Ten Conference games. The journey begins on Friday, Feb. 14, in Cary, North Carolina, where they face in-state foe Western Michigan. This is followed by a doubleheader against Monmouth on Feb. 15 and a weekend series against Dayton on Feb. 16.

Early Season Action

The Spartans then head to Corpus Christi, Texas, for the second weekend of action. They play Washington State on Feb. 21, followed by a game at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Feb. 22. The weekend concludes with a non-conference game against new Big Ten Conference foe UCLA on Feb. 23. This stretch allows the team to gain valuable experience and build momentum.

After that, they head to their home away from home, Fluor Field in Greenville, South Carolina. They open with Harvard from Feb. 28 to March 2 in the First Pitch Invitational I. This is followed by a game against Western Carolina on March 5 and hosting the First Pitch Invitational II, where they play Cornell and UAB on March 7 and Winthrop on March 8 and UAB again on March 9. This eight-game stretch at Fluor Field will be crucial in preparing the team for the rest of the season.
