The Cal Poly women's tennis team capped off their fall season with a successful hosting of the first-ever Cal Poly Invitational. The three-day tournament saw the Mustangs take on players from Sacramento State and Fresno State, showcasing their depth and talent across singles and doubles play.

The Cal Poly women's tennis team put on an impressive display during the inaugural Cal Poly Invitational, showcasing their depth and talent across both singles and doubles play. The Mustangs went an impressive 15-9 in singles matches and 7-3 in doubles, with several standout individual performances.Three Mustang players – senior Romane Mosse, junior Alexandra Ozerets, and sophomore Natalie Lynch – each went a perfect 3-0 in their singles matches, winning all of their sets in straight sets and not dropping a single set. This dominant display underscores the team's strength and the individual excellence of these players.Junior Sarah MacCallum also had a strong showing, going 2-1 in singles and winning four of the seven sets she played. Additionally, redshirt sophomore Amy Leather made her return to singles play after a year-long absence due to injury, winning two of the four sets she competed in.Establishing a New Tradition
