The newly appointed head coach, Dom Mirocke, brings with him a wealth of experience from both Division I and II collegiate levels. Since 2023, Mirocke has been serving as the assistant head coach, offensive coordinator, and wide receivers coach at Arkansas Tech University. Prior to this role, he spent six years at Henderson State University, where he was instrumental in developing a formidable passing game that consistently ranked among the top three in the Great American Conference (GAC).

Mirocke's coaching achievements include mentoring 11 All-Conference wide receivers and two All-Americans. His ability to cultivate talent and foster success on the field is evident from his track record. During his tenure at Arkansas Tech, Mirocke helped engineer an offense that averaged nearly 300 yards per game, with over 200 yards coming through the air. His strategic vision and dedication have prepared him well for the challenges ahead at Northside High School.
