Drawing inspiration from Indiana University's swift rise under Curt Cignetti, who brought 13 players from James Madison, Purdue's new head coach Barry Odom has secured commitments from five UNLV players and six recruits. This influx of experienced and promising athletes aims to replicate the success seen at IU, which culminated in a College Football Playoff berth. The transfers include key positions such as offensive linemen, tight ends, and linebackers, all of whom bring valuable experience and potential to the Boilermakers' roster.
