The game started with the gray team holding a narrow 1-run lead, but the orange team quickly erased that deficit in the top of the third inning. With runners on first and second, senior Steven Lancia stepped up to the plate and unleashed a towering 3-run home run, breaking the game wide open and propelling the orange team to a commanding 5-1 advantage. This offensive outburst was fueled by a series of well-placed singles from senior Hank Warren and junior Thomas Williams, setting the stage for Lancia's heroics.
