Resolved ADMC Violations

In the past few weeks, several significant ADMC violations have come to light. On 12/03/2024, Jesus Esquivel, a trainer, faced penalties for a medication violation involving the use or attempted use of a Class C controlled medication on Sassy Walker and Abitibi during the race period. This led to the disqualification of the covered horse's race results, including the forfeiture of all purses and other compensations. A fine of $500 was also imposed, along with the imposition of 1.5 Penalty Points.

Similarly, on 11/26/2024, Angel Quiroz, another trainer, was penalized for a medication violation on Beautiful Astray during the race period. The same set of penalties - disqualification of race results, fine, and penalty points - was applied.

On 11/21/2024, Eduardo Rodriguez, the trainer, had to face the consequences of a medication violation for the presence of Phenylbutazone - a controlled substance (Class C) - in a sample taken from Problematica, which won at Fanduel Sportsbook and Horseracing on 10/17/24.

Pending ADMC Violations

As of 12/03/2024, there are several pending vets' list medication violations. Eduardo Caramori, a trainer, is facing a pending violation for the presence of Acepromazine - a controlled substance (Class B) - in a sample taken from Odorico on 10/29/24.

Danny Morales, another trainer, has a pending vets' list medication violation for the presence of Acepromazine in a sample taken from Big Event on 10/25/24.

Shane Meyers, the trainer, is awaiting a decision on a pending medication violation for the use or attempted use of a Class C controlled medication on Andy Cant during the race period.

Christophe Clement, the trainer, has a pending medication violation for the presence of Flunixin - a controlled substance (Class C) - in a sample taken from Gal in a Rush, who finished third in the G2 Presque Isle Downs Masters S. on 9/20/24.

David Baker, the trainer, is facing a pending medication violation for the presence of Mepivacaine - a controlled substance (Class B) - in a sample taken from Mars Magic, which won at Ferndale on 9/7/24.

On 11/27/2024, Jorge Maravilla, the trainer, has a pending vets' list medication violation for the presence of Phenylbutazone and Methocarbamol - both controlled substances (Class C) - in a sample taken from Duplication on 10/27/24.

Alfredo Marquez, the trainer, is awaiting a decision on a pending medication violation for the presence of Phenylbutazone - a controlled substance (Class C) - in a sample taken from My Kathryn Rose, which won at Santa Anita on 10/19/24.

Roderick Rodriguez, the trainer, has a pending medication violation for the presence of Phenylbutazone - a controlled substance (Class C) - in a sample taken from Bernardo's Legacy, which won at Gulfstream Park on 10/26/24.
