Despite limited game action, Jackson's potential was recognized during his redshirt year as the Seminoles' scout team quarterback. Furthermore, defensive end Phillip Lee adds strength to the defensive line with his impressive statistics from Troy University, including 31 tackles and five sacks last season. Joining the secondary are defensive backs Shakur Smalls from Maine and Julian Neal from Stanford, both bringing extensive playing experience to the team. Additionally, Madden Iamaleava transferred back to UCLA following family considerations, and Quentin Murphy, a true freshman, entered the portal shortly after enrolling at Arkansas.
