Since his initial role as an Assistant Region Director in 2001, Velte has consistently demonstrated his commitment to improving grassroots operations across more than 80 countries. His new responsibilities will focus on strategic league development and enhancing the international footprint of Little League.

Jeff Bennett, joining as Vice President of Finance, brings a wealth of financial acumen to the table. Having served as CFO at Lycoming College since 2012, Bennett also boasts nearly a decade of experience in senior management roles at Baker Tilly. A lifelong resident of the Williamsport area, Bennett has been actively involved in local Little League volunteering since 2018, coaching teams and serving on various community boards. His role will involve overseeing the financial health and sustainability of Little League, ensuring that budgets align with the organization's mission and strategic goals. Collaboration with the Senior Leadership team and Board of Directors will be key to driving financial strategies and measuring success.
