Karrie Redeker from Illinois Central College stands out as a shining example in the NJCAA Division II category. Meanwhile, high school boys' teams have benefited greatly from the strategic minds of coaches such as Trey David, Tait Sennett, Jason Persinger, Jason Smith, Jeremy Anderson, Brian Emerich, Justin Dehm, and Daniel Ruffin. On the girls' side, Todd Hansen, Ryan Davis, Layne Langholf, Joni Nightengale, Lexi Demott, Kim Barth, Bob Becker, and Brett McGinnis have been instrumental in shaping successful seasons across different classifications.
