The Kennesaw State women's tennis team recently wrapped up a successful fall season, competing at the Wofford Terrier Invite in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The team showcased their talent and determination, with several players reaching the finals of their respective draws.

The Kennesaw State women's tennis team put on an impressive display of individual talent at the Wofford Terrier Invite. Ema Baraniakova, a standout player, reached the finals of the gold draw after securing a pair of wins over opponents from Mercer and Gardner-Webb. Despite falling in a hard-fought three-set match in the final, Baraniakova's performance was a testament to her skill and resilience.In the black draw, Sofia Madrid continued her strong play, picking up a decisive 6-4, 6-1 victory over Louise Booker of UNC-Asheville to claim third place. Sophia Unger, another Kennesaw State standout, was flawless in her matches, winning the white flight with a thrilling 1-6, 7-5, 10-6 triumph over Alizee Poulin of Gardner-Webb.Izabelle Persson also shone in singles, securing three wins, including a 7-6 (7-3), 6-2 victory over Chloe Elliott of Wofford, to claim her flight.Dominant Doubles Performances
The Kennesaw State women's tennis team's success extended to the doubles competition as well. The duo of Sophia Unger and Sofia Madrid showcased their chemistry, picking up two wins, including a 6-4 victory over Grace Agster and Lilly Woods of Wofford to claim the backdraw of the gold draw.Izabelle Persson and Laura Nadaska also impressed, winning the black draw with a 7-6 (7-5) triumph over a pair from Presbyterian. Ema and Terezia Baraniakova rounded out the Owls' doubles success, finishing third in the white draw with a 7-5 win over a duo from Gardner-Webb.Preparing for the Dual Match Season
